I am gearing up for BellRinger 2026 to raise critical funds for cancer research in honor of the lives of countless loved ones I have witnessed in their fights against cancer. Cancer has touched every corner of my life, impacting my mother, my mother-in-law, my aunt, my uncles, my cousin, my grandfather, members of my husband's family, my colleagues, and many, many of my dearest friends. At a time when securing investment in innovative medical research is more challenging than ever, I am called to do my part to help families have more survivors to celebrate and fewer losses to mourn. 100% of the money raised through BellRinger goes directly to life-saving cancer research at Georgetown-Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center.

I ride in honor of every friend and family member who has fought cancer, most especially my mother--my role model, best friend, and a breast cancer survivor--and my beloved late mother-in-law, Jo Anne, who fought with incredible grace and strength through two separate battles with breast cancer before passing away in 2016.
