Join Peter (Joyce) and loved ones for a fundraising ride benefitting the Lombardi Cancer Center at Georgetown University Hospital. After being diagnosed with melanoma brain metastasis last April, Peter lost much of his mobility and was restricted to a wheelchair. Through treatments at the Lombardi Center (What an amazing group of doctors and professional technicians), Peter has made progress towards recovery and regained enough strength to ride a new, tri-wheeled recumbent bike alongside family and friends in the Bellringer. He knows firsthand the devastating impact of cancer and invites you to ride with this wonderful group together toward hope, healing, and a future beyond cancer. Funds raised will benefit continued research into cutting edge immunotherapy treatments like those that have helped Peter. Let’s have fun biking from D.C. to Maryland while making a difference!
